1. Start by locating the bearing/housing. This is usually found at the base of the lawn mower.

2. Remove any debris that may be in the way. Clean the inside the housing with a rag or brush and make sure it’s completely dry.

3. Place the bearing into the housing with a hammer or other tool. Make sure the bearing is inserted all the way in, and press it firmly against the bottom of the housing.

4. Place the seal on top of the bearing, and press it in firmly with a hammer or tool.

5. Apply a light coating of oil or grease to the seal and bearing surface.

6. Slot in the straw/grease gun into the housing, and fill it with grease. Apply a light coating of grease to the bearing surface.

7. Install the new bearing/housing assembly using the bolts and nuts supplied with the lawn mower.

8. Tighten the bolts and nuts firmly but do not over tighten.

9. Replace any other corners or parts that may be necessary such as the rear wheels, handlebar, etc.

10. Test out the lawn mower, and make sure the new bearing is performing correctly.
